Surveying and Mapping

We provide precise Surveying and Mapping services using modern tools to measure land, define boundaries, and create detailed maps for construction, planning, infrastructure, and development projects. Our expert team utilizes cutting-edge technologies such as GPS, Total Stations, UAVs (drones), and GIS software to ensure accuracy and efficiency in every project. From topographic and cadastral surveys to digital mapping and 3D modeling, we deliver high-quality geospatial data tailored to meet client needs. These services play a critical role in project success by supporting informed decision-making, reducing risk, and enhancing design precision across a wide range of industries. We are doing different-different surveys that are listed below...

1. Engineering Topography Survey

Engineering Topography Survey

ASCON Engineering carries out all kinds of detailed Engineering Topography surveys with high-precision instruments, delivering highly accurate data to clients across India.

With expert survey teams and advanced equipment—such as reflectorless, semi-robotic and robotic total stations, DGPS/RTK, and drones—we ensure top-quality survey drawings tailored to each project.

Topographic surveys play a vital role in urban/rural development, infrastructure projects, highways, railways, metros, tunnels, oil & gas sectors, irrigation, and construction planning.

These surveys measure the Earth’s surface, capturing elevation, terrain, and features. The data supports design and execution of roads, bridges, pipelines, buildings, and other engineering works.

Our goal is to produce accurate maps with all existing features—roads, railways, bridges, culverts, utilities, and contours—while supporting alignment planning for tunnels, highways, pipelines, and canals.

2. Hydro-graphical & Bathymetry Survey

Hydro-graphical & Bathymetry Survey

ASCON provide professional hydrographic, bathymetric survey services. Our engineers or surveyors have access to a range of hydrographic survey sensors, platforms, state-of-art technology and software, enabling us to deliver a unique, tailored data solution to your specific needs. Bathymetric surveys are used to understand the underwater landscape, which is crucial for various purposes.

3. DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System)/RTK Survey

DGPS DGPS

A differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) is an enhancement to the global positioning system (GPS) which provides improved location accuracy, in the range of operations of each system, from the 15-meter nominal GPS accuracy to about 1-3 cm in case of the best implementations.

Each DGPS uses a network of fixed ground-based reference stations to broadcast the difference between the positions indicated by the GPS satellite system and known fixed positions.

Real Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning is a satellite navigation used to enhance the precision of position data derived from satellite-based positioning system (global navigation satellite system, GNSS) such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and NavIC. “ASCON Engineering” have Dual frequency of Trimble, South, Hi-target RTK DGPS receivers.

Drone survey, mapping, and inspection involves using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drones to collect data for various purposes, including mapping, measuring, and inspecting. This technology offers advantages over traditional methods, such as improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and access to difficult-to-reach areas. Drone surveying and mapping are used in various industries, including construction, agriculture, mining, real estate, and infrastructure. Drones are equipped with cameras (RGB, multispectral, or LiDAR) to capture aerial imagery and data. Drones have extremely high accuracy, with aerial mapping reaching centimeter-level accuracy and mapping accuracy generally reaching 1:1000. In addition, aerial mapping also has a wealth of 3D geographic information, which can capture the data of large-scale terrain.

While surveying with drones, images of the ground are taken from multiple vantage points. Through processing these images, a photogrammetry software can then create orthomosaics and 3D models, from which it can measure accurate distance, as well as surfaces and volumes of physical objects.

ASCON Engineering provide professional Drone survey, 3D Mapping, Transmission line Inspection, Solar Panel Inspection Survey, etc. we have wide experience in this field, now days completed more then 2Lakhs Hectors Aerial Survey and Data processed.
